How much are tickets?
Tickets range from $110 - $130/ticket for both children and adults. All attendees require a ticket to enter with the exception of infants under the age of 12 months. All activities are included in the price of the ticket. A partial tax receipt is provided following the event. Please note the tax receipt issued is provided for the year of the event. Not the year the ticket was purchased in if different.
Will there be any restrictions in place?
We are following Manitoba's public health orders at the time of the event. Vaccination status/QR code will not be required to enter the event. Masks are encouraged but optional.
Can boys attend?
Absolutely! We have many boys attend who enjoy the Ball just as much as the girls! There are many children's activities that all children enjoy at the Ball and it is a fantastic time for the entire family.
What should I wear?
The dress code is formal attire - anything you would normally wear to a wedding is acceptable. If you want an excuse to pull out that old grad dress or bridesmaid dress, this would definitely be the event to do it for!
Where do I find my tickets?
Your electronic tickets were emailed to you via ticketleap at the time of purchase. Please check your junk folder if you do not see them. If you need to have them resent, please contact ticketleap.com for assistance.
When will I receive my tax receipt?
Tax receipts are issued by the Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba approximately 2 months after the Ball. Tax receipts are for the year the event is held in regardless of when the ticket was purchased. Tax receipts are issued only to the name of the purchaser.
What is needed to enter the event?
Your name and ticket are required to enter the event. Tickets cannot be purchased at the door.
What time do doors open?
VIP doors open at 3:15pm. General registration opens at 3:30pm.
Do I need to bring cash?
All of the activities at the event are included with your ticket purchase.
There is a cash bar for adults 18+ offering wine and beer.
There is also a live auction - credit card or cash is accepted.
Silent auction - cash only.
I can no longer attend, can I receive a refund?
Tickets are final sale. No refunds are offered. If you can't attend, you may sell or gift your tickets and update us with the new information by May 15th, 2022.
How do I transfer my tickets to someone else?
You may transfer your tickets to someone else's name up until May 15th. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate changes after this time. If you wish to transfer your tickets, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the original purchaser's name, guests no longer attending, new guests attending and please indicate if they are an adult or child and if there are any dietary restrictions we should be aware of.
